I. Job Description
As a member of the customer relations team, you will serve as the primary contact for all commercial and operational matters during key clients' contract periods, providing professional, high-quality, and timely business support. You will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, delivering premium distribution services, helping clients' music catalogs gain better exposure and revenue, and driving client renewals and upselling. This includes proactively discussing clients' business, catalog management, growth strategies, distribution advice, and collaboration opportunities, as well as partnering with internal marketing teams to provide promotional support. You will be accountable for client growth, renewals, and satisfaction.
