We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Lead Tech to join the Beev team.
You’ll be leading our technical strategy. We’re looking for someone who wants to build the mobility of tomorrow and who thinks electric cars are going to be the next big thing.
Working closely with Agnès (Product, Data and Ops), you’ll have strategic and technical lead on everything we build.
There’s a massive opportunity to grow with a rapidly scaling business with no limit. The perfect candidate will grow with the company, help with fundraising, and build out a technical team while owning the technical aspects of product development.
Mission
Challenge the existing technical strategy and set up objectives to support Beev in their growth
Work hand-in-hand with the Founders and Product Manager to share the product strategy, measure the effort of the various features, anticipate and evaluate the structuring technical choices
Ensure the quality of the architecture, code and test / security coverage
Join a motivated and united team of 10 people in a stimulating, dynamic and above all friendly atmosphere
Structure the organization, processes and team tools, to provide fluidity, efficiency and quality
Lead the recruitment process : from roadmap to closing.

Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role with significant managerial experience (you know how to lead a team and make it succeed and grow)
Master degree in engineering/computer science school or equivalent experience
Hard skills: we are looking for a hands-on CTO who can contribute on the early development, strong knowledge in Backend and scaling software in cloud
Soft skills: organization, analytical skills, adaptation, curiosity, rigor in delivery times, team spirit and proactivity, problem-solving aptitude
Excellent verbal and written communication (both in English and in French)
Looking for someone who has sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business
Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
