💼 About The Role
We’re looking for a Graphic & Brand Designer to help craft and elevate the Beanstock brand across all channels — from social media to product, from pitch decks to paid campaigns. This is a key creative role that sits at the crossroads of marketing, product, and content.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
As Graphic & Brand Designer, you will be the visual guardian of the Beanstock brand. You’ll be responsible for designing high-quality, consistent assets that bring our identity to life and help us stand out in a competitive market. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing marketing and communication assets (social media visuals, brochures, newsletters, pitch decks, event materials, etc.)
Creating and evolving visual assets for our product and website (icons, illustrations, animations, etc.)
Ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints (web, print, product, ads, internal docs)
Collaborating with our content, growth, and product teams to support key initiatives with impactful visual design
Developing and maintaining our brand guidelines
Staying up to date with design trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table

😊 About You
You have 2+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or visual communication
You have strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
You have a portfolio showcasing your ability to design clear, elegant, and consistent brand assets
You are creative and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for typography, color, and layout
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience with motion design, video, or illustration is a plus
You are fluent in French or English
