Beanstock's ambition to make real estate investing accessible to anyone can only be achieved if we continue to grow rapidly and engage with every possible potential investor. We're looking for an incredibly talented Head of Growth to lead our marketing efforts and build a cross-functional Growth team.

As Beanstock's CFO, you will:

* Lead financial and strategic planning, business forecasting and corporate development

* Build and refine business models, financial forecasts and operational goals

* Lead communication with investor relations, including drafting board communications and fundraising financial materials

* Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts

* Provide strategic recommendations on operational and financial initiatives based on data, market analysis, and previous performance

* Identify, develop and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches and/or new service offerings

* Use data to improve decision-making, promote reporting, data sharing, and the analysis of metrics

* Oversee cash flow management, accounting and budgeting

Preferred experience:

* 5+ years of experience in banking or finance

* Strong analytical mindset - you're data-driven and are comfortable dealing with high growth and complex business challenges

* Hands-on and problem solver - no task is too big or too small

* Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

* Fluency in French and English

* Understanding of financial systems/tools is a plus
