Looking to showcase your talents in a leading global technology company?

Basware, an established high-growth tech company operating in 14 countries around the globe, seeks a skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Value Consultant for our Global Presales team to support the direct sales channel to achieve their sales targets. This is a hybrid role, offered in combination of being based in our Paris office and remote work from the Greater Paris metropolitan region.

You will be responsible for different presales activities, primarily in the France market. In addition to working closely with local sales and other teams, you will also be part of the highly motivated global specialist team supporting all Basware countries. Responsibilities include presenting the value of Basware solutions to business and C-level users.

Key responsibilities:

  • Building competitive proposals and presentations and supporting RFx responses

  • Performing compelling solution demonstrations and technical/security presentations

  • Acting as a business advisor for our customers and prospects and their purchase-to-pay processes during the sales cycle

  • Proactive knowledge transfer, communication, and training

  • Supporting partner management in ramping up new partners

  • Acting as a local extended arm of Basware global Product Management to ensure product roadmap competitiveness and communication

  • Support for solution design & proof phases of the sales cycle for networked Source-to-Pay solutions

  • Contribute to the internal bid qualification process and member of the local bid committee

  • Calculating and presenting customer ROI on Basware solutions

  • Independently delivering customer Success Lab workshops on best practice P2P solutions

  • In addition to sales-related activities, you will provide support to Marketing lead generation and be engaged in providing expert support for marketing events

  • Cross-border global sales support

Profil recherché

You will be successful in this role if you are/have:

  • Proven experience in one of the following - Presales, Business Consulting, Accounts Payable, Product Management or Sales Specialist role

  • Graduate of a technical or commercial higher degree education (bachelor/master's degree)

  • Passionate about technology

  • Enjoy working in a sales environment - leading, advising, and challenging customers in their business processes

  • Well versed in applying multidisciplinary skills such as customer focus, value selling, solution and process orientation as well as a strong functional/technical understanding

  • Skilled in aligning solutions according to industry trends

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to listen to and understand customer challenges and objectives as well as to process the information with the outcome of an exciting demo/presentation of a customized selection of Basware’s product portfolio, with a strong focus on the customer’s value

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt the style to the audience

  • Business fluent French and English language skills are mandatory

  • Willing to travel to customers mainly in France and limited international travel
