We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated engineering intern to assist our team in testing and prototyping new sensors. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and 3D printing necessary mechanical parts, designing electronic schematic and routing PCBA, developing firmwares in C or C++, assembling prototypes through soldering, mechanical assembly, testing, and qualification of prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Test new sensors to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

• Design and 3D print necessary mechanical parts for the sensors.

• Design electronic schematic and route PCBA for the sensors.

• Develop firmware in C or C++ for the sensors.

• Assemble prototypes through soldering, mechanical assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Qualify prototypes by testing and documenting their performance and behavior.

• Must be currently pursuing a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Knowledge of electronics and circuit design is required.

• Experience with programming languages such as C or C++ is preferred.

• Experience with 3D printing and mechanical design is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 3 months.
