    Within the Operations team, you will work in the Customer Experience business unit. You will integrate a “Voice of Customer” team in charge of all processes, projects and trainings related to “Repair&Replace”, the #1 painpoint for our customers. More specifically, you will be in charge of Training & Quality Monitoring with our Business Partners, with a special focus on the fast-growing German market.

    YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • You will design, prepare and deliver training to our customer service agents, trainers and supervisors around the world, both in a live and virtual environment
  • You will be highly involved in the new hire training program, with a special focus on the German team
  • You will work closely with your “Repair&Replace” colleagues as well as other internal teams to anticipate and plan ad hoc training for new projects, processes and policy updates
  • Working hand in hand with specialists from the Global Training & Quality team, you will implement & conduct a solid Quality Monitoring plan for our agents, to identify areas for improvement & further training, with a special focus on the German market as well as “Repair&Replace”-related topics
  • You will make periodic visits to our partner sites to deploy and monitor training.
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • You have 1-2 year(s) experience as a trainer in a customer service environment
  • You have demonstrable experience building training content & delivering it in both a live classroom and virtual environment
  • You are no stranger to KPIs. You have an analytical mindset that allows you to define your own metrics to monitor and measure your training efficiency
  • You have experience in independently managing training projects from A-Z
  • You have strong stakeholder & project management skills
  • You are organized, structured and have a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude
  • English is a no brainer, Fluent German is required
