Working as part of the brand team, you will be responsible for the development of BackMarket’s internal creative studio. We are looking for a Digital Graphic Designer EXE who thrives in a creative environment and will own the visual consistency of our digital communication.

You will join the internal creative studio, which currently consists of ten people. You will work with artistic directors and project managers, under the responsibility of the creative director. You will be responsible for the visual quality of all communication media and the graphic consistency before they are posted on the site, social networks and web media.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Developing and conceptualizing diverse promotional assets from scratch and/or from art directors draft concepts following the brand guidelines.
  • Partnering with project managers and artistic directors, you will be in charge of the visual quality of all communication media and the graphic consistency before they are posted on the site, social networks and web media.
  • Ensuring that the layout on various web formats are following the brand guidelines and are visually consistent across all websites.  
  • Adapting promotional assets for international coverage on specific countries.
  • Organizing and classifying of previous assets.
  • Respecting deadlines based on the schedule established with the project managers.

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a scaleup or in an advertising agency 
  • You are comfortable working in English
  • The digital graphic production chain is no mystery to you.
  • You are true team player and willing to be part of an International team
  • You are curious and creative
  • You’re not afraid of project management and willing to help with other projects if needed
