Join Back Market for Business (BM4B), where we're bringing the circular tech revolution to companies big and small. Our mission? Convince businesses that refurbished devices aren't just good for the planet—they're smart for the bottom line too. As part of our team, you'll help craft the content and campaigns that make corporate procurement teams rethink everything they know about "new."
You'll be the creative and data-driven force behind our B2B marketing and communication strategy, focusing on lead generation, CRM content, and events that reach decision-makers. Your work will help companies embrace the circular economy by choosing refurbished IT equipment, unlocking both financial savings and significant reductions in CO2 emissions.
This is your chance to get your hands dirty across the full B2B marketing mix; from writing compelling sales emails to running lead generation campaigns. You'll work closely with our Sales team, Studio, PR, and external partners to amplify our message and drive real impact.
• Work in coordination with the Sales team to develop targeted B2B lead generation campaigns (leveraging, without being exhaustive, multichannel such as SEM-Google, Linkedin,...). Some campaigns could be executed internally by you or working with third parties for an execution at scale.
• Develop B2B content across all channels: SEM adwords, newsletters, sales emails, banners, LinkedIn posts, and sales pitch decks
• Leverage Back Market brand assets and guidelines, collaborating with our Studio team to keep everything on-brand
• Research and build a comprehensive list of events and trade shows where BM4B should have a presence—and help organize our stands when we do
• Support lead generation campaigns in partnership with the Sales team and third-party partners.
• Coordinate with Back Market PR to develop and execute B2B-specific PR initiatives that get people talking about circular commerce.
You have:
• Strong interest in B2B marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, adapted to B2B environments.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and switch between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Creative mindset with an eye for compelling storytelling
•Structured and data-driven insights to ensure campaign targeting and efficiency
• Enthusiasm for sustainability and circular economy
Nice to have:
• Experience with content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or other B2B platforms
• Event planning or project coordination experience
• Studies in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
