Oversees and performs advanced data entry and management of operational records with a high degree of accuracy. Supports and monitors operational workflows to ensure adherence to established procedures. Prepares and analyses routine operational reports, provides training to junior operations staff, and acts as a liaison between operational teams and management by escalating issues as necessary. This role provides stability and reliability in operations processes. Required skills include extensive experience in operations administration or a related role, and proficiency in advanced Office software, database systems, and operational tools; and mentoring abilities.
