ABOUT THE JOB : 

You will join a team of IT professionals involved in the delivery and maintenance activities performed by the shared services team of and for the AXA Group.

The function will be integrated in the product support teams, working closely with the local and global teams covering:

  • Management of systems, database and network
  • Application maintenance and support
  • IPC process management
  • Project management
  • QoS and governance 

The main activities addressed by the teams include:

  • IT Infrastructure support for AXA Business and Development teams
  • Technical activities:
  • Production support and IT Service delivery
  • Support development & maintenance of AXA Applications

These teams oversee the project life cycle, from studies to the final delivery and solution maintenance. The most powerful levers to achieve this can be summarized as Innovation and Execution that will drive the Operations teams:

  • Innovation: To create and provide the prerequisites and opportunities for all AXA teams to develop leading innovative solutions for the needs of our current and future customers
  • Execution: To create an environment which allows our teams all over the world to bring their ideas to reality and make our strong promise to the customers happen

MISSIONS As an Infrastructure Engineer Expert - File Transfer, you will join an existing technical team, this role will require :

  • To be fully responsible for transverse Managed File Transfer platforms
  • Installation, upgrades, maintenance of the platforms
  • Production monitoring and resolution of technical incidents
  • Administration of internal and external data transfers, in connection to various partners
  • Customer support for the implementation of transfers, with support to the client for the resolution of application incidents
  • Support file transfer for production, prioritizing activities
  • Construction of scripts and follow-up of file transfers executions
  • Application monitoring and reporting
  • Analyze and prepare accurate documentation for production.
  • Incident, Problem and Change Management support, in an enterprise environment, providing 3rd level support
  • Improvement and extension of operational system stability and performance
  • Creation and improvement of operational guidelines, implementation guidelines and work instructions and necessary documentation
  • Implementation of Standard Work Requests (based on AXA-Services standards, using ServiceNow)
  • Troubleshooting incidents in the scope of the technical areas
  • Develop scripts for automation and batches, in close collaboration with development teams.
  • Creating scripts according to internal AXA standards and procedures.
  • Ability to support and monitor services on production servers.
  • Technical writing of the proper documentation according to internal regulations

Profil recherché

PROFILE : (English and French Mandatory)

Technical Skills : 

  • Managed FileTransfer solutions knowledge and experience
  • Axway Synchrony Platform management and working experience: Gateway XFB, Integrator, PassPort, Sentinel, Composer, Interpel, CFT
  • Stonebranch Universal Agent management and working experience: UDM (Data Mover), UEM (Event Monitor), UCMD (Command Manager)
  • Common file transfer protocols and tools management: SFTP and PeSIT
  • Technical knowledge in supporting application servers (as Apache Tomcat/HTTP)
  • Experience with technologies as: Networking (TCP/IP) and experience in Shell scripting (scripting knowledge in PowerShell, Shell, Perl, PHP, Python)
  • Working experience in managing Linux/Windows admin tools and services
  • Knowledge in virtualization technologies (as VMware) and in Cloud environments (as Azure and AWS).
  • ServiceNow use as experienced user
  • ITIL / IPC knowledge.

Nice to Have:

  • Swift File-Act, Swift FIN financial protocols knowledge 
  • TWS scheduling management
  • EGEN for job construction
  • Technical knowledge in managing application servers as: Apache Tomcat, Apache HTTP, JBOSS, MQseries 

Non-Technical Skills:

  • Able to work in a global team and in a multiple cultural environment
  • Experience in working alongside internal and external providers, in an international context
  • Able to follow change management procedures and internal guideline
  • Proactivity and results orientation
  • Strong tracking, coordination and planning skills
  • Ability to identify and implement process and/or application improvements

  • Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision. Ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills
  • Flexibility in the working schedule is required (including overtime or weekend/holiday) 
  • On-call permanency could be required
