The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. Within the Group, you will join the Information Management team led by the Chief Data Officer (CDO) within the Group Finance Department. 

Your job and daily missions:

Your main mission will be to contribute to the setup and deployment of the Data Strategy across the AXA Corporate Center through data and AI transformation projects, data governance, data operations, and fostering a data culture.

You will report directly to the Head of Data & AI Transformation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Contribute to data and IT architecture design for new Gen AI solutions
• Assist in implementing, monitoring, and improving key AI and Gen AI capabilities
• Support LLM and AI solutions run
• Implement RAG solutions and use cases
• Support AI and Gen AI use cases implementation for the business
• Oversee LLM ops and Machine Learning ops tasks
• Participate in ideation and scoping workshops with support functions business teams
• Perform business and functional analysis activities on key AI and Gen AI initiatives

In addition to the main activities, you will support Data and AI acculturation across AXA HQ by:

• Building change management content
• Contributing to upgrading employees on AI concepts and best practices in providing training support
• You could also participate in Data and AI market watch activities.

Education & Experience:

• Master's in IT & AI Engineering
• 3+ years' experience in AI solution design, Gen AI use cases, and business analysis
• Insurance industry background preferred 
• Data Office team experience is a bonus

Soft Skills: •

• Fluent in French, very good English

Technical Skills: 

• Strong understanding of LLM ops tasks 
• Expertise in RAG principle 
• Proficiency in Python, Pyspark, SQL, DAX

• Familiar with Gemini, Mistral, Midjourney concepts 
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power automate
• Experience with Adaptive AI solution is advantageous
