2. Your role and responsibilities

  • Answer requests / questionnaires from consultants in close collaboration with key stakeholders within the business unit such as Sales
  • Support, Fund Management or Compliance teams to ensure that the appropriate product and firm information is given.
  • Coordinate and aggregate financial information for Alts surveys & rankings in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Update and cross check consultant database entries (monthly and quarterly product information) according to product matrix.
  • Provide quality control oversight (quantitative and qualitative) with support from service provider Omni.
  • Contributing to RFPs, RFIs and Due Diligence questionnaires, as well as support for regular reporting (TMAM, Townsend).

Profil recherché

3. SHARE your unique expertise 


Prior experience in asset management or financial market

Knowledge and Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and good knowledge of financial products within asset management (alternative is a plus)
  • Fluent in English and any other language a plus
  • Literate in MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Capacity to work under tight external deadlines
  • Show initiative and able to prioritise
  • Ability to challenge requests (sales and sales support, SMEs) 


  • Proven coordination skills and ability to work across countries   
  • Project management / team player: lead and finish a project, take interest in and contribute to the work of the team, liaise where appropriate with other groups
  • Leadership spirit: takes full responsibility for delivering the data and databases required, ability to build consensus between departments with different objectives
  • Enjoys working in an international environment
  • Curious, rigorous and precise
