Your Role:

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to measure quality of care using SQL and Python
• Design and develop predictive models based on risk adjustment methodologies for healthcare
• Develop and maintain pipelines, dashboards, and reports using Databricks and Power BI
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and present findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to understand data needs and healthcare delivery in diverse cultural contexts
• Document data processes and contribute to cutting-edge research on methodologies focused on measuring healthcare outcomes

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in data analysis, probablility and statistics
