Le siège social du Groupe AXA (GIE AXA) regroupe nos activités corporate. Il assure le pilotage et le support des filiales dans le monde, afin de garantir notamment la coordination et le suivi de la stratégie globale d’AXA, l’application de ses standards, la cohérence des approches commerciales, et le partage des meilleures pratiques.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Investment & ALM department whose role is to drive investment strategy and implementation across the Group. The team works closely with the investment teams of AXA entities as well as investment managers, including AXA IM, to deploy capital across asset classes. Overseeing more than €500 billion in assets under management (“AuM”), Group Investment is organized into four teams (around 65 professionals) under the leadership of the Group Chief Investment Officer.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Pisquare team, composed of 4 Data Analysts.The team is running a big data platform (a Microsoft Azure database queryable from Databricks and connected to Tibco Spotfire and Power BI) that function as the central point for managing all investment data within the group. Our interactions extend to financial analysts to comprehend their requirements and collaboratively build data flows and reportings with them (Data Reception, Data Transformation, Data Visualization).

Votre poste et vos missions au quotidien :

In your mission, you will work with financial analysts, who will be there to analyze the financial part of the report, while you will be in charge of creating it (from the reception of the data // Azure, to the visualization // Tibco Spotfire, through the transformation // Databricks).

You will also participate in various projects involving the implementation of advanced controls, data quality scoring, and the administration of our data platform.

Compétences techniques et professionnelles requises, niveau d'expérience :

Technical knowledge:

• Excellent knowledge of Spark SQL 
• SQL Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office 
• Knowledge of R/Python programming 
• Knowledge of a data visualization and analytics tools (such as Spotfire, Tableau, Rshiny…) 
• Knowledge of Azure (Databricks, DevOps, Data Factory, Azure Storage Explorer) is a plus 
• Knowledge of financial markets / financial instruments and valuation is a plus 

Various skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Spark SQL 
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously 
• Fluent English 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Qualifications:
