We are looking for an Platform Engineer to join our fast-growing HQ in Berlin.

You will be owning our infrastructure and provide tooling for our developers to have freedom to experiment and provide our customers with the best experience.

You will:  

• Design, implement and improve our infrastructure platform
• Build and automate high performance, scalable systems
• Collaborate with other developers to understand current needs and challenges
• Remove developer dependency on the platform team
• Create tools that enable developers to work effectively and try out new things
• Identify and fix bugs and solve production and customer issues

You bring:  

• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Golang)
• Profound infrastructure knowledge: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Previous experience in distributed computing is a plus (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Pulsar)
• Strong knowledge of system administration and infrastructuremaintenance
