Your Mission

As Product Manager in the Payment Squad, you will transform how nonprofits collect and manage payments. Your mission is to streamline the payment journey, reduce payment friction, and expand our payment methods portfolio to support nonprofits’ growth in the coming years.

Your Role

  • Product Strategy: Build and validate product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, focusing on payment solutions that drive nonprofit success

  • End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery across payment features, including Tap to Pay, Payment Links, Donations, Events, and more

  • Payment Processing Excellence: Master the technical aspects of payment processing, including PSP integration, KYC, wallet solutions, and risk management

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with external providers (PSPs) and internal stakeholders to enhance product positioning and drive adoption

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and interpret key metrics to improve payment solutions and user experience continuously

Organization

You’ll be the Product Manager for our Payment Squad, leading the transformation of how nonprofits collect and manage payments.

  • Report to the Head of Product

  • Alongside a Tech Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated squad focused on payment solutions

  • Work closely with other Product Managers, Designer, Developers (Front & Back), Data & Business teams.


Profil recherché

Your Profile

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management

  • Background from top 10 Business/Engineering school or experience in top startup

  • Experience working on Payment products. Experience on FinTech is a plus

  • Two significant professional experiences demonstrating maturity

  • Fluent in English for international collaboration

Required Skills

  • End-to-End Product Management: Proven ability to lead products from discovery to delivery

  • Project Management Excellence: Strong skills in planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination

  • Strong visualization and communication skills

  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of building and communicating product strategy effectively

  • Customer Obsession: Deep understanding of customer behaviors and continuous discovery practices

  • Natural Leadership: Brings energy in meetings, a positive mindset & thinks fast.

  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with tech/data environment and common product tools (Whimsical, Figma, Jira)

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Déroulement des entretiens

  1. Screening (~1h)

    1. 30min with HR to validate the fit between you and the position followed by 45min with a Marine our Chief of Staff to confirm a basic match on “technical” aspects of the job.
  2. Use Case (3.5h)

    1. 2h for remote exercise whenever it suits you (day/night - week/weekend)

    2. 1.5h Product interview with our Head of Product (in our offices)

  3. Technical & Strategy (1.5h)

    1. 45min with the CTO and the Tech TL of your squad to discuss the relation between the Product and the Engineering team.

    2. 45min strategic interview with our CEO

  4. Meet the team (~1h)

    1. With other PMs as well as your squad (~45min) - Can be followed by an informal gathering at the office with other employees.
