As Product Manager in the Payment Squad, you will transform how nonprofits collect and manage payments. Your mission is to streamline the payment journey, reduce payment friction, and expand our payment methods portfolio to support nonprofits’ growth in the coming years.
Product Strategy: Build and validate product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, focusing on payment solutions that drive nonprofit success
End-to-End Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery across payment features, including Tap to Pay, Payment Links, Donations, Events, and more
Payment Processing Excellence: Master the technical aspects of payment processing, including PSP integration, KYC, wallet solutions, and risk management
Cross-functional Leadership: Partner with external providers (PSPs) and internal stakeholders to enhance product positioning and drive adoption
Data-Driven Decision Making: Track and interpret key metrics to improve payment solutions and user experience continuously

Report to the Head of Product
Alongside a Tech Team Leader, you will lead a dedicated squad focused on payment solutions
Work closely with other Product Managers, Designer, Developers (Front & Back), Data & Business teams.
5-7 years of experience in Product Management
Background from top 10 Business/Engineering school or experience in top startup
Experience working on Payment products. Experience on FinTech is a plus
Two significant professional experiences demonstrating maturity
Fluent in English for international collaboration
End-to-End Product Management: Proven ability to lead products from discovery to delivery
Project Management Excellence: Strong skills in planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
Strong visualization and communication skills
Strategic Thinking: Capable of building and communicating product strategy effectively
Customer Obsession: Deep understanding of customer behaviors and continuous discovery practices
Natural Leadership: Brings energy in meetings, a positive mindset & thinks fast.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with tech/data environment and common product tools (Whimsical, Figma, Jira)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
