Organization

The sales department is composed of:

  • 1 head of sales
  • 2 inside sales teams (8 people), making demonstrations for prospects who launched a trial (hundreds of leads every month)
  • 1 account management team (2 people), to ensure satisfaction, renewal and upsell of our middle and key accounts
  • 1 network deployment team (2 people), in charge of maximizing the deployment of our network partnerships (ex: federations etc.)

As an inside sales manager, you will report to the Head of Sales and closely work with the sales teams - especially inside sales & network deployment – and other departments as well, such as Marketing, Customer Success and Product.

Mission

As an inside sales manager, your role is to accelerate AssoConnect’s growth, by helping the team reach 100% of their objectives

Improve the conversion rates of both inside sales teams (60% of your time)

  • Analysis of the whole sales process and identify improvements
  • Implement those improvements: collective/individual training, new processes, tools, material, etc.

Directly manage one of the inside sales teams (2-people) (20%)

  • Pilot individual and collective performance (pipe reviews, etc.)

Take Key Accounts inbound leads (20% of your time)

  • Some demos are taken by big non-profits. These middle and key prospects require a complex sales process. Thus, they are handled by more the experienced sales profiles, i.e. the team leaders.

Experience

  • >2 years experience in Transactional Sales (ideally for SMBs)
  • Previous management experience is a plus

  • 1h00 use case with Louis & Armand + 45’ motivational interview with Jules, (head of Partnerships & network deployment) and Dan (Inside Sales Team Lead)
  • Ref Calls
  • 45’ interview with Louise (Data Scientist) & Marine (Chief of Staff) + final round with Arnaud, our CEO
