As a member of the Executive Committee, you will report to the CEO.
You will closely work with external parties as well as one employee within your team.


You will lead the Finance & Administration department. As such, there are 2 main missions

  1. Operations - Ensure that all Finance & Administrative matters run smoothly.

  2. Strategy - Strategic partner to the Executive Team & CEO.

Objective: smooth the Finance & Administration management

  1. Finance run

    • Master the monthly closing (expenses management, revenues, etc.).

    • Lead the relationship with all third parties involved within your scope (bank, accounting firm…) or requiring finance & legal expertise (Board, PSP providers).

    • Own reporting internally and for board members (incl. SaaS metrics, Payment metrics, P&L, cash, forecast.).

    • Always up-to-date and accurate finance data room.

    • Improve our systems and processes in those areas.

  2. Finance planning & analysis

    • Build annual forecasts together with the exec members and the board.

    • Present a simplified version communicated to the team.

    • Set controlling/system reviews and act on them (cost control, churn, etc.)

    • Be the expert voice to build a reliable and strong corporate finance system within our software.

  3. Strategy

    • Build all necessary materials for external financing (fundraising, subsidies, debts …)

    • With other Exec members, participate in building the company in line with the strategy defined by the board.

  4. Legal and Admin

    • Manage the run regarding HR admin(payroll), legal (insurance…), admin & office life

    • Always up-to-date and accurate legal, HR, and Admin data room

    • Be the internal legal voice (review contract, risk management, etc.)

    • Improve our systems and processes in those areas.

Profil recherché

  • 6-10 years of experience

  • Top Engineering or Business Degree

  • Experience in finance within a top audit/strategy consulting firm and/or a startup

  • Finance, such as Business Modeling & Accounting (Yearly closing)

  • Legal knowledge: Corporate, Social, Fiscal, CIR…

  • English & French: Fluent. Ability to lead a discussion with investors.

  • Meeting with Exec members: Sylvain, CTO and Armand, head of Sales.
