AssoConnect is growing fast! We’re looking for a Freelance Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us recruit up to 4-5 Customer Success Officers for our team
Your mission is clear: build a strong pipeline, identify top talent, and help us hire the best candidates — all within a couple of weeks.
Build a Pipeline of 100+ Candidates
Classic LinkedIn screening and direct outreach
Post job offers on LinkedIn + 2-3 relevant local platforms
Identify the Best Candidates
Run screening calls and first-round interviews
Qualify candidates based on experience and cultural fit
Sell AssoConnect’s mission and culture to attract top profiles
Handle Interview Logistics
Schedule interviews with hiring managers
Follow up with candidates throughout the process
Be the main point of contact until closing
Must-Have
Drive (proactive, comfortable starting from scratch and navigating a large pool of candidates).
Organized & efficient (you can juggle multiple candidates without dropping the ball).
Tool-savvy (job boards, ATS, sourcing tools, spreadsheets/database)
Outgoing (experience with cold outreach — phone, email — to efficiently evaluate and filter candidates).
Fluent French & English (to assess candidates’ language skills).
Nice-to-Have
Experience recruiting abroad (not just in France)
Experience recruiting entry-level / high-volume operational roles
Experience with social media recruitment (TikTok, Instagram…) — a plus given the local habits in the markets where we operate.
Screening call with Victor, Head of Operations (20 min).
Interview with Marine, Head of HR & Victor (1 hr).
