Au sein des équipes R&D, vous prenez en charge le développement des applications logicielles fournies avec nos produits matériels : ces « logiciels compagnons » sont dédiés à la configuration matérielle des produits hardware (synthétiseurs, interfaces audio, contrôleurs MIDI). Pour cela, vous travaillez aux côtés de 3 autres ingénieurs et en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de définition de produits et les ingénieurs développant la partie firmware.

Vos responsabilités sont les suivantes :

• Développer et maintenir les applications logicielles en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe firmware
• Définir et rédiger les spécifications techniques des nouvelles versions de ces applications, en relation avec notre équipe IT ainsi que les responsables produits et techniques
• Définir les délais de réalisation et la constitution du backlog logiciel
• Développer un environnement technique homogène pour la mise à disposition des logiciels compagnons

Within the R&D teams, you will be responsible for developing the software applications supplied with our hardware products: these "companion software" are dedicated to the hardware configuration of hardware products (synthesizers, audio interfaces, MIDI controllers). You will work alongside three other engineers and closely collaborate with the product definition teams and the engineers developing the firmware part.

Your main responsibilities would be the following:

• Develop and maintain software applications in close collaboration with our firmware team,
• Define and write the technical specifications of new versions of these applications, with our IT team and the product and technical managers,
• Define the deadlines and the composition of the software backlog,
• Develop a homogeneous technical environment for the release of "companion software".

• De formation Ingénieur informatique ou équivalent
• Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’applications logicielles natives (Windows, macOs, Linux)
• Vous possédez des compétences fortes dans les domaines suivants :
  • Langages C/C++
  • Framework graphique C++ (JUCE, Qt…)
  • Utilisation des outils de versioning (GIT) et d’intégration continue (Jenkins)
• Vous avez participé au développement d’applications qui contrôlent ou communiquent avec des périphériques externes
• Idéalement vous possédez également les compétences suivantes :
  • Protocoles USB, MIDI
  • Python
  • Gestion de projet
  • HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js, Node.js
• Vous êtes force de proposition et savez travailler aussi bien en autonomie qu’en équipe
• Vous êtes à l’aise en anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
• Un intérêt pour la musique est un plus

• Higher education in computer engineering or similar
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in developing native software applications (Windows, Mac OS, Linux)
• Strong skills in C/C++ languages, C++ graphical framework (JUCE, Qt...)
• Knowledge of versioning (GIT) and continuous integration (Jenkins) tools
• You have participated in the development of applications that control or communicate with external devices.
• The following skills are a plus: USB, MIDI protocols, Python, project management, HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js, Node.js.
• Ability to be proactive, work in a team, and autonomously.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written
• An interest in music is a plus.
