Maintain, measure, and optimize through market automation what works and generate reports on leads (MQLs & SQLs) generated
Identify industry influencers and develop partnerships from webinars to live events, case studies, etc. we have a lot of opportunities to showcase how we work in the cyber ecosystem
Plan, create and distribute lead magnets: from white papers to free tools, based on the personas we’re targeting
Structure and grow the marketing team: you’ll be working with the CEO and junior growth who currently handles marketing ops, you’ll help recruit and manage new marketing hires as we grow
Come up with new strategies to increase traction and brand awareness
Experience in a B2B Seed-stage startup: you must have a significant experience in a startup who’s been from Seed to Series-A stage
Experience in cybersecurity: you’re familiar with the market and have a strong technical culture
English copywriting skills: because a lot of our marketing relies on content for the international market, you need strong copywriting skills in English and French
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing: demand gen, growth hacking and the ability to manage resources, with a proven track record
Experience in positioning a product/company in a competitive market, defining qualified accounts, developing customer personas, and crafting compelling messaging
You have strong leadership skills as you have previously built and led a marketing team in an early stage startup
Self-motivation: highly autonomous, driven by results and impact
