Descriptif du poste

  • Plan & build Arsen’s marketing mix: email marketing, events, webinars to grow the brand and traction

  • Maintain, measure, and optimize through market automation what works and generate reports on leads (MQLs & SQLs) generated

  • Identify industry influencers and develop partnerships from webinars to live events, case studies, etc. we have a lot of opportunities to showcase how we work in the cyber ecosystem

  • Plan, create and distribute lead magnets: from white papers to free tools, based on the personas we’re targeting

  • Structure and grow the marketing team: you’ll be working with the CEO and junior growth who currently handles marketing ops, you’ll help recruit and manage new marketing hires as we grow

  • Come up with new strategies to increase traction and brand awareness


Profil recherché

  • Experience in a B2B Seed-stage startup: you must have a significant experience in a startup who’s been from Seed to Series-A stage

  • Experience in cybersecurity: you’re familiar with the market and have a strong technical culture

  • English copywriting skills: because a lot of our marketing relies on content for the international market, you need strong copywriting skills in English and French

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing: demand gen, growth hacking and the ability to manage resources, with a proven track record

  • Experience in positioning a product/company in a competitive market, defining qualified accounts, developing customer personas, and crafting compelling messaging

  • You have strong leadership skills as you have previously built and led a marketing team in an early stage startup

  • Self-motivation: highly autonomous, driven by results and impact

  • Obsession for shipping quality, high-value content
