What will you be doing?

At Allurion, our Assembly Technicians are instrumental in driving our production forward. As an Assembly Technician I, reporting to the Production Supervisor II, you'll play a vital role in manufacturing and assembling our medical devices. You'll thrive in our clean, medical device manufacturing environment, utilizing various equipment and processes.

 

Your responsibilities will include maintaining precise production records and documentation, along with executing a variety of repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail. Adaptability to evolving procedures is essential for success in this role. Strong dexterity and keen eyesight are necessary for handling, manipulating, and inspecting small components effectively.

What we're looking for in you:

  • A high school diploma or GED (equivalent work experience will be considered).
  • Preferred experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (such as medical, aerospace, or food packaging).
  • Skilled in handling, manipulating, and inspecting small components.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Able to commute to Natick, Massachusetts.
  • Ability to work the 1st shift from 6am-2:30pm
