We are looking for our first Talent Acquisition Manager! It’s only the beginning of a great adventure. We are 23 employees today, based in France, and we are going to start scaling this year in Europe. It’s the opportunity to join a young start-up and become the Lead of the future Talent Acquisition team.

📜 Your missions

• Work hand-in-hand with Hiring Managers to challenge their needs, set priorities and to help them to staff their teams,
• Update, create and pimp our job profiles and adverts,
• Conduct research, direct sourcing, and leverage social media, analytics tools, and employee referrals to identify potential applicants,
• Provide complete and accurate information to applicants about the company and position in a manner that inspires interest and document their progress through the selection process,
• Monitor the integration of new recruits and integrate feedback and learnings to constantly improve our practices,
• Choose all your external partners who’ll help you to achieve your goals: job boards, agencies, freelance recruiters, etc.,
• Network & tools: learn on best practices of other recruiters, benchmark their methods to attract the best people,
• Participate in events, career fairs and meetups to increase employer brand awareness and generate additional leads,
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives with HR and marketing teams,
• Be a real support for the HR team on projects including compensation (compensation benchmark, culture and diversity, onboarding),
• Defend and strengthen our values, culture and our brand.

Profil recherché

👉 Requirements

We want to work with you if:

• You have 4 years of recruiting experience in a similar role, in a fast-growing environment
• You are comfortable with sourcing tools, social networks and you have ideally already worked on topics related to employer branding, recruitment policies
• You are fluent in English - German or Italian or Spanish is a plus
• You are a team player
• You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills,
• You are skilled at building relationships with candidates and with hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring across our companies
• You are very organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple subjects at the same time in total autonomy,
• You are outgoing and enthusiastic, excited about being a core member of a rockstar team
