Alice & Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems.

The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!

We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM, and we are growing fast after securing  €100 million of funding in 2025 to develop our unique technology.

About the role:

Are you ready to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge tech company? We’re looking for an Indirect Purchaser to support the procurement of goods and services across functions such as HR, marketing, IT, legal, and office management. You will help ensure smooth purchasing processes and collaborate with various internal teams to meet their needs effectively. Working closely with the Procurement Manager, you will also partner with key internal stakeholders.

This position suits someone eager to grow in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and contribute to the success of innovative projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and gather purchasing requirements from support functions.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers of services and non-technical goods to optimize cost and quality.
  • Manage supplier relationships and help expand our network of trusted vendors.
  • Support procurement process improvements in an agile and fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure we benefit from the most innovative and cost-effective solutions.

    • Requirements:

  • 1+ years of purchasing experience, preferably in indirect procurement or support services.
  • Good knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • A proactive and autonomous work style with openness to learn and challenge existing practices.
  • Fluency in English and French spoken and written.
