Engineers work across the full stack while maintaining deep expertise in their preferred discipline - whether that's reliability, frontend, or backend. We embrace a 'you build it, you run it' philosophy, meaning you'll own features from development through production and long-term maintenance, while having the opportunity to contribute across our entire platform, both on infrastructure and application code.
Our organisation is structured similarly to AWS, with each Product Line operating independently under a Single Threaded Owner at VP level.
Within each Product Line, multiple Area STO at Director level oversee several Impact Teams. Each Impact Team, led by an Impact Owner, comprises approximately eight engineers, designers and PMs who work autonomously, following their own processes and methodologies.
These autonomous units solve customer challenges their way. From Associate upwards, everyone speaks directly with customers, ensuring we remain radically focused on impact and outcomes.
