Aircall is looking for a collaborative, passionate, and driven Director of Global Customer Marketing to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for enabling our customers to achieve and recognise value from Aircall through value-added marketing programs.

This leader will partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, and Regional Marketing Managers to develop a global action-oriented customer marketing strategy, with the aim of enabling Aircall customers to thrive.

The role will ensure teams across marketing, and other key functions, are aligned to supporting and executing marketing plans through the customer lifecycle across all regions, from retention to expansion.

Throughout, you’ll experiment with new approaches and tools, be disciplined and analytical in measuring program performance, and you will consistently share results up and across the organisation.

Your mission @ Aircall:

  • Build, own, and execute the global Customer marketing plan to effectively retain and grow our customers through all marketing channels
  • Develop cross-functional strategies to engage customers, drive adoption and usage with our Aircall phone & communication solutions, and develop advocacy programs 
  • Work with the PMM, CSM, Marketing and Sales leaders to design and establish programs that support customers’ success and expansion goals
  • Drive product launch activities in collaboration with Product Marketing and Program Managers
  • Ensure consistency of company priorities through brand strategy and messaging in all customer facing marketing programs, materials and communication
  • Communicate and educate the GTM team regarding new and planned customer marketing initiatives including global, regional, and local programs
  • Ensure performance and ROI are tracked, and set up processes to effectively measure outcomes
  • Lead and expand a teams responsible for customer marketing (engagement and expansion programs), communications, and customer advocacy
  • Partner with our regional teams to scale high-impact programs for customer references
  • A little more about you:

  • 10+ years of experience as a B2B marketer / management in high growth technology, B2B software, or SaaS required
  • Demonstrated success and experience in customer marketing
  • Strong experience and knowledge of general SMB needs and challenges
  • Highly results driven with outstanding analytical ability. Demonstration of a metrics-driven approach to success and can show ROI by tracking results 
  • Executional excellence; able to consistently deliver on time and within budget
  • Highly effective and successful team management experience
  • Ability to think strategically and able to shift priorities when needed, while being willing and able to help other team members as needed
  • Love of communication and capability to drive collaboration cross-functionally and experience working cross functionally with marketing, sales and CSM teams
  • High energy with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced and agile environment
