**Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Business Analyst for Identity and Access Management (f/m) to join our Information Management department** based in Toulouse, France.

As a Business Analyst, you will be part the Agile Product team: IAM JML (Identity and Access Management Joiner Mover Leaver).

IAM JML manages the Identity and access for Airbus employees, customers and suppliers or Airbus Group when joining, changing position/company and leaving.

Main mission is to provide the right access at the right time to maintain the right balance between business continuity and security.

Your challenges:

You will work with various stakeholders (Customer Services, Procurement, Extended Enterprise, Partners, IM Product, HR, Mergers and Acquisitions, Divisions and Affiliates, Roofs) at both operational and strategic level. Your role will lead to:

• Conducts in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.
• Identify areas for improvement in business processes providing possible IT solutions compliant with the IT strategy
• Supports the IT Product Manager in the Product/Service Planning based on the customer requirements
• Produces documentation of current challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for the customer
• Defines and develop the required specification documents to be reviewed with stakeholders and Product team members
• Monitors external business trends in order to better challenge the business requirements.
• Serves as liaison between Product Management teams and technical resources during product development and implementation to ensure integrity of the solution delivered.

Your boarding pass:

• You have a 1st experience as a Business Analyst: Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business
• You are customer centricity oriented, able to develop and implement effective relationships with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
• You have a collaborative mindset and love to work in a multifunctional and international setting.
• You have analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• You are fluent in English. A good command of French is highly advantageous.
