We help scheduling their content, editing statistical reports, calculating the ROI of their social media strategy and interacting with their audience from a single platform for all social networks: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, TikTok and more! What we offer you on a daily basis as Customer success manager 🎯

You’re joining a growing Customer Success team of 10 team members, including CS ops, team leads, and CSM peers. As one of our members is phenomenal enough to benefit from an internal move, we’re looking for our new talent to take over this crucial portfolio.
 

The components of the role

  • Customer Onboarding and Training:
    • Collaborate with sales closely for a smooth handover
    • Guide new high-touch customers through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
    • Conduct product training sessions to empower customers with the knowledge to use Agorapulse effectively.
  • Customer journey
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. (via QBR)
    • Proactively monitor customer accounts, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer success. (collaboration with the support team is key here)
  • Customer Advocacy
    • Identify and nurture customer advocates to support case studies, testimonials, and referrals.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to showcase customer success stories and share best practices.
  • Product Feedback
    • Gather customer feedback on Agorapulse features and functionality.
    • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer insights and contribute to product improvement.
  • Renewal Management
    • Ensure successful renewals and identify upsell opportunities. (via addons or others)
    • Mitigate customer churn through proactive engagement and issue resolution.

     

    🌟About you

    • You’re fluent in both English and German (French could be a plus)
    • You have a proven experience (3-4 years) in customer success, account management, or related roles.
    • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of Saas, social media platforms and digital marketing.
    • Strong negotiation and objection management skills
    • You’re comfortable using dedicated tools like Harvestr, Intercom,Planhat, Gainsight or Churnzero
    • You’re curious about the product you’re working on, not afraid to get your hands dirty with a problem-solver mindset
    • NRR improvement is your north star metric
