As a Website Project manager, you’ll join the Acquisition team (SEO, CRO & Paid) and be the owner of our CMS Contentful. At the crossroads of the HQ teams (Go to Market, Brand, Acquisition, Software Development) and local marketing teams (FR, DE, IT, ES, UK), your role will be to manage and coordinate the evolution of Agicap’s website, from brief to delivery, and maximize its impact on traffic, conversion and branding.
The position includes the following tasks:
Centralize all website projects
Coordinate the website roadmap across departments
Optimize the front-end interface for conversion
Ensure the performance of the website and the respect of the best practices defined with the other HQ teams
Handle all requests from the other teams that are related to the website
Maintain and enrich the tracking system
Coordinate with the legal and security teams
Be the single point of contact with the software development team
Brief developers for each sprint
Monitor and prioritize projects
Manage deploys and educate internal users on changes
Coordinate internal users who work on the website: Train internal users
Define and implement internal processes for continuous improvement and challenge teams on their needs
Follow-up and support for the implementation of local content
BAC+5 in business or engineering school (or equivalent) 3 years of experience on similar missions
An appetence for marketing and an understanding of web subjects
A “Doer” and “problem-solving” mindset: analysis / optimization / follow-up etc.
Knowledge of back and front end languages, as well as the tools in the stack (Contentful, Hubspot, Figma, etc.) is a plus.
Fluent English, as this position requires daily contact with stakeholders in several European countries
