Become part of our international talent team as a Talent Acquisition Intern (5-6 months) in our HQ in Lyon. You will be responsible for the german market and work directly with the german General Manager and the Talent Lead in Berlin.
You will learn hands-on how recruiting works in a rapidly growing scale-up and how to attract A-level talent for a tech company. We teach you important skills such as active sourcing, KPI monitoring, employer branding and stakeholder management.
You generate an extensive candidate pipeline
Manage new applications, conduct screening interviews and filter, assess and manage candidates according to their skills through the application process
Actively search for suitable candidates on LinkedIn to find and target the best profiles in the market
You recruit new top talent across Germany every month, especially for the Sales and Customer Success departments
You review and communicate your own performance through weekly reports and engage in regular feedback sessions with your team lead
You speak German at C1 level minimum and are also business fluent in English
You are in the final stages of your bachelor’s or master’s degree
You have already gained some experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in a dynamic environment
You are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals, want to learn and drive your team forward
You work in a precise and structured manner and have the ability to remain communicative and empathetic at all times
You are hands-on, adapt quickly and are hungry to learn
