Your mission

Working within the People Operations team together with the HRBP team, managers and employees, you will be in charge of daily actions covering all payroll, administration and legal actions related to our employees at Agicap in all our countries. Providing flawless execution and embedded service will be key to maintain a great employee experience and agility to the business.

Your main responsibilities:

- Prepare all documents related to our employees according to their lifecycle (offers, contracts, addendums) in 5 countries.

- Control and monitor payroll operations with our payroll providers in all countries and ensure data integrity.

- Maintaining personal files and updating data in our HRIS

- Partner closely with other People functions and HRBPs to execute HR operational processes and services with a focus on employee experience and data integrity.

- Process employee changes and terminations including document generation (contracts, addendum, letters), notifications, and HR systems updates.

- Participate in system testing tied to new program, system or process rollouts.

- Be the first point of contact for employee questions and employment verification requests. Escalate issues to other members of the People team, if appropriate.

- Assist with onboarding new hires (system entry, paperwork validation, background check administration), as needed.

- Document, maintain and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.

- Identify and drive process improvement efforts, leveraging HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible. 

- Collaborate with the rest of the People Team (Talent Acquisition, Process, Operations, Learning and Development…) and with other departmentsProvide solutions regarding legal issues within each country where Agicap operates.


Profil recherché

⭐️ What we are looking for :

  • Master’s degree in French labour law, human resources or another field relevant to HR

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in human resources and/or labour law, ideally in a tech start-up environment including employee relations, management counseling.

  • Fluency in French and English.

  • Detail driven person with a bias for data, numbers and accurate work.

  • Mature and confident personality, capable of working autonomously and with great planning skills.
