🚀 Reporting directly to our Head of Talent Acquisition Valentin, and in collaboration with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams :

• Create video and editorial content in collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team, in order to boost the employer branding (Blog, Podcast / Photos / vidéos / articles / infographies / webinars / interviews)
• Prospect new partners : Podcast Host, Business and Engineering Schools, Media
• Share the content : Linkedin, Facebook, Instagran, Slack Groups
• Organize and set up webinars and online conferences
• Train and coach the team members to animate their network and boost the cooptation
• Be creative and participate in Agicap’s growth strategy
• Help the HR team to enhance the internal and global communication (FR,DE,ES,NL)
