You will be the interface between Agicap’s People team and our Marketing Department (around 50 employees). In concrete terms, you will be the relay of HR policies and the person who will meet the main HR needs of your department. You will therefore be much closer to your Department than to the People team.
Finally, you will coordinate the HR operations of your perimeter in collaboration with the payroll and personnel administration team:
Ensure the proper implementation of HR processes and the application of the collective agreement and the social framework of Agicap
Guarantee the quality of HR data in HRMS in connection with the various internal services (Onboarding, IT, facilities, etc.)
Participate in various projects to optimize the use of our HR tools.
Be proactive in proposing and implementing HR process improvement projects.
You could be the next member of our team if you :
You are a graduate of a business school or a university with an HR specialization,
You have at least 6 years of experience in an operational HR position, in an international environment,
You have a great capacity for listening but also for action and you are a force for proposal,
You speak english fluently,
You have a keen understanding of business issues.
