As an Expansion Manager, your primary mission is to drive growth on your customer scope (SMBs).
To achieve this, you focus on 3 pillars:
Trusted advisor posture: Understand our client’s needs, provide the adequat demonstration flows on the tool with the goal of aligning them with our vision, and equip them with our sticky features.
Sales process: Conduct demos and manage the sales process from the discovery to the closing.
Sales Excellence: Adopt the sales culture to execute the strategy effectively, with a consistent sales rhythm and close monitoring of your pipe.
Specific missions :
Trusted advisor posture:
Identify upsell opportunities through an in-depth discovery phase.
Conduct software demos tailored to customer needs and processes.
Be identified by customers as a product expert.
Sales process:
Negociate and close expansion deals sourced by other teams (AM, AS SMB, Implementation, etc.).
Present offers and manage the entire sales cycle.
Sales Excellence:
Handle rigourosly your pipe in the CRM & with clients.
Provide customer feedback to improve processes and products.
Share your expertise and best practices with all the CS teams to increase the quality of demos received.
Report regularly on performance.
An attractive salary : package between 55K-62K.

You have a degree from a top business school (Master’s level, Bac+5).
You have strong customer relationship skills and sales skills.
You are bilingual in French. (C2 level).
You are capable of multitasking and managing changing priorities within tight deadlines.
You enjoy challenges and strive to exceed your goals.
You are eager to move quickly, to meet with our users frequently, and to pick up the phone to help them.
You love advising, arguing, and convincing.
An initial interview with the Talent Acquisition team.
A role-play or case study with the relevant department.
A final interview with management (and sometimes a C-level decision-maker).
