As a Sourcing Specialist you will be mainly responsible for:
Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies to attract talent.
Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online sourcing, networking, and social media to identify and engage with potential candidates.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with passive and active candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics and effectiveness of sourcing strategies to continuously improve recruitment efforts.
Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and sourcing techniques to enhance sourcing effectiveness.

Colleague with proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role in the IT/Tech industry is a plus, we can also consider sourcing experience outside IT but with eagerness to master it.
