As a SaaS company, Addactis is driven by a rapid worldwide expansion strategy. Our Growth Marketing & Sales Team take care of the entire lead generation process to deals closing:

  • Lead generation thanks to inbound & outbound action plan and various outreach strategies;
  • Nurturing of our target personas to turn prospects into the sales pipeline;
  • Conversion trough conversations, meetings and demos to detect customer pain points, understand their context and how we can help them;
  • Evangelization, showcase, Proof of Concept of Addactis solutions and value proposition;
  • Deal negotiation and closing;
  • Up-sell and cross-sell management for our current clients portfolio.

The Marketing & Sales central team is in charge of our worldwide clients excepts those who are part of our local offices portfolio (France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands & Latin America). Team members develop their marketing & sales know-how on the “rest of the world” and are organized by “pods” (agile pluri-disciplinary teams with a Senior Account Executive as Sales leader and merging marketers, inside sales (SDR), actuarial sales experts (BDR), product consultants & Customer Success Managers) focused on part of the pipeline for a specific solution’s field, geographic area and/or type of clients.
Each pod is responsible for achieving its business objectives set by the SAE, growing the pipeline and accelerating its velocity to closing.

One of those PODs is dedicated to Sales Enablement for Business Partners who are in charge of distribution & implementation’s projects. It means both looking for new partners consistent with Addactis’ requirements and managing current worldwide Partnerships to evangelize on addactis solutions value proposition, support commercial proposals’ design and to ensure and facilitate the deployment of addactis standard implementation’s methodology (more about addactis® solutions => https://www.addactis.com/solutions/)

To support Addactis fast paced growth, and the related one of the Marketing & Sales team we are looking for an ambitious well-spoken actuary acting as Partnerships’ Leader.

The position for this job is preferably open in Brussels.
The salary offered will depend on the level of seniority of the candidate and will include a variable part according to the achievement of commercial objectives.

YOUR MISSION:

  • You work closely with the Senior Account Executive to develop new partnerships in some targeted countries or geographic areas related to Addactis’ growth plan;
  • You are in charge of managing relationships with current and future partners and, as such, you set up specifications, sales decks, training and certifications to put partners in the best possible position to deploy and promote the value proposition of addactis solutions in their area;
  • You lead regular meetings with partners to collect their needs, report on their pipeline and support them until the sales close in their areas.
  • You mobilize your actuarial knowledge of Insurance issues on your technical perimeter by delivering demos and POC with the partners to consolidate opportunities and increase conversion rates;
  • You share opportunities with the Senior Account Executive to ensure successful closing rate and to validate pricing policy;
  • You act as a real partnerships’ Leader boosting the new business as well as cross and up-sell by spreading to partners ideas, co-organized events opportunities, by informing them of future software roadmaps and constantly up-dating their knowledge of Addactis solutions portfolio. In the same time, you ensure a consolidated feedback from partners’ markets & clients to maintain recurrent watch of local markets and clients’ needs;
  • You work closely with our Solutions Design & Implementation Team to support partners in the implementation phase of Addactis’ solutions.

Profil recherché

YOUR PROFILE: Actuary looking for a worldwide sales challenge

You are an actuary or a graduate of an engineering school with a specialization in insurance risk modelling.
You would like to build on this solid technical and actuarial foundations to develop commercial skills and be in contact with our prospects and clients around the world.
You would like to use both your technical expertise (Reserving, IFRS 17, Capital modeling or Pricing… rather P&C) and your interpersonal skills and great sense of persuasion to represent the expertise and efficiency of Addactis solutions.
You would like to act as Business Developer and actuarial expert rather than as consultant.

What do you need to be successful in this position?

  • You will be able to demonstrate that you have previous experience of working with insurance clients in the actuarial field, either alone or as part of a team.
  • You have a strong interest in a career in sales and can demonstrate good interpersonal skills acquired through previous personal or professional experience.
  • You have excellent listening skills coupled with an ability to defend the company’s interests and standards in negotiations. Our sales strategy is customer-focused and consideration of customer needs is essential. However, our solutions are designed to provide the highest international standards and are deployed using a proven methodology. Your objective will be to convince your prospects that addactis’ technology solutions meet by essence their needs and expectations.
  • You have consultative skills and are business driven.
  • You are a self-starter with the hunger to be awesome and get great results. Part of your compensation will be related to your results.
  • You are curious, determined and tech friendly.
  • You are Fluent in English. A second language (other than French) will be a plus. Spanish, Portuguese or German will be a must.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented. You’re autonomous in finding solutions to problems. You are well organized and methodical in your approach.
  • As an Engaged person, you have lots of energy, are open to feedback and want to learn.
  • As a creative Orator, you communicate well on the phone, email and live and understand how to craft messages for your target based on their needs & preferences.
  • Thanks to your persistent mindset, you are ready for the hunt and understand the drive and effort required to succeed.
