ACE Education has campuses in France, Spain and UK and is developing new campuses abroad. To manage these projects, we are looking for a Campus Director for his new campus in Rome. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing campus teams, recruiting and training staff

• Promoting the school during trade fairs, events

• Recruiting students according to the school’s enrolment targets

• Managing the school’s development to cope with general management targets

• Ensuring the smooth running of courses and training programs

• Recruiting, supervise and support lecturers and teacher

• Ensuring compliance with academics and certification frameworks

• Managing changes in course and recruit new collaborators

• Representing the school to local stakeholders

• Set up and maintaining partnerships with various actors in the sector

• Supporting students in their studies and projects

You have a passion for education. You have a good knowledge in our differents sectors. You have a high-level academic and/or university background and a solid professional experience in development, team and project management. You are an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills. You enjoy getting involved in projects and making positive progress on the files entrusted to you, while respecting deadlines and expectations. You have an entrepreneurial mindset. You like to share idea, you are proactive and are able of working independently while integrating into a group to achieve common goals. You must have a genuine interest in education and training in general, and be able to show that. you are in capacity to guide students towards excellence. The ability to lead workshops will be appreciated.

Skills, Experience :

• 5 years’ higher education

• 5 years’ experience in a similar position

• IT tools: Pack Office

• Good level of English
