We are looking for a motivated UX/UI Designer with hands-on approach. You should have the desire to create cool stuff and some background on which you can start building your career with us.

• In-depth knowledge of User-Centered Design and User Experience Design

• Designing digital interfaces makes you feel at home

• You have a meaningful portfolio with case studies and completed work

• You agree with the design principles of Dieter Rams, or even when you disagree, we would like to hear from you why

• Methodological knowledge of Design Thinking, Design Sprints, User Research, and User Testing

• Use of industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, ProtoPie and Principle, downloading images from Unsplash, creating shadows and gradients (work is just about these anyway), prototyping or bringing static designs to life

• HTML5 and CSS knowledge is an advantage, also Motion Graphic Skills (e.g. After Effects) are an advantage

• Experience in agile and enthusiasm to join our agile-driven working environment

• We need a hands-on person who is willing to work together with the team of designers, developers, and product owners to create something cool!

• You are driven by making the world a bit less cumbersome

• English on a very good level (German is an advantage - Jawohl! :)
