-Help managing the relationship with suppliers
-Conduct negotiation & manage supplier choices.

MAIN MISSIONS, OBJECTIVES AND KPIS RELATED

Purchasing categories: Services (IS/IT, Facility management, Consulting, Engineering Services, Outsourced Services, Finance & Legal, Communication & Marketing, Travel…)
- Follow-up on purchase requests & supplier’s panel
- Understand the purchasing needs of ACC departments and help them to frame their needs
- Lead the purchasing process from sourcing to purchase order and contractualization
- Develop and maintain a good relationship with our suppliers and stakeholders
- Carry out benchmarks & market watch analysis
- Create and update the expenses map
- Propose and contribute to the purchasing strategies on key purchasing categories
- Manage performance indicators
- Communicate internally on the current negotiated contracts
- Participate and animate purchasing meetings and workshops with our suppliers and stakeholders.

Knowledge / Know how :

- Ability to negotiate with suppliers, while being internal customer oriented
- Analytical and synthetic skills
- Knowledge of purchasing tools and processes
- Oral and written French & English

Qualifications (diplomas, languages…) :

- Master's degree in Purchasing
- Business school or equivalent

Key behaviours :

Can-do mind set, comfortable in cross-functional set-up, communication skills, ready to tackle challenges, autonomy
