Job description
Hello,
We’re looking for an outstanding Industrial Growth Manager to help us get 77 FOODS into the hearts, minds and fridges of million plant-based lovers.
As you will be at the heart of our development strategy, we hope that you want to work in a continuously evolving environment with lots of opportunities for personal development. Our Industrial Growth Manager will be ambitious, rigorous and result-oriented.
As part of the Operational team, you collaborate with our production sites and our culinary kitchen.
Preferred experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and Supervise production sites
- Generate production capacity by replicating deals with co-manufacturers around the world
- Evaluate Industrial Partners
- Calculate Revenue Costs, build budgets and financial accounting
- Plan Production : quantities, delay, costs, operators management
- Guaranty that plant securely respect workers and environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior international experiences working for industrial production sites, as Engineer or Consultant. Interdisciplinary and technical backgrounds welcome and appreciated!
- Proven prior success managing cold chains
- Demonstrated success building and scaling food production and manufacturing, from bench to pilot, and pilot plant to full scale production
- Experience distributing products across multiple channels, wholesale and directly to customers
- You are a detail-oriented, process-driven and data-driven individual
- You have a deep passion and knowledge of the food industry, experience in CPG and Food Service preferred, bonus points if that experience includes other proteins or meat alternatives
- Curious about new ways to improve the production experience
- Ability to give and receive feedback to support the team growth
- Energized by ambitious challenges
- Excellent oral and written communication skills - fluent in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have
- Open to optimize new technological processes always following a scaling logic
- Omnichannel experience is a plus
- Calm in the face of pressure and deadlines
