77 FOODS is developing plant-based products that are delicious, nutritious, sustainable and affordable to meet this challenge.

Their first innovation is a game-changing, plant-based bacon that even your skeptical grand-uncle would love, boasting the same amount of protein as pork bacon with amazing flavor.

Job description

Plant-based meat startup with a strong R&D component, our goal is to bring new delicious plant-based products to your table by addressing key factors to taste and texture. Today, plant-based meat products contain regular vegetable oil, like coconut oil, that fails to replicate the functionalities and mouthfeel of animal fat, that is unsustainable, yet delicious.

Transition to a more sustainable world : our mission is to allow you to continue enjoying the delicious meals made with meat but without all the consequences for your health, global warming, biodiversity and animal welfare.

We are ready to launch our first products: plant-based bacon and lardons. We have raised 4 million euros from investors to accelerate our growth and to keep developing exceptional products.

77 FOODS is led by three entrepreneurs, Nicolas Schweitzer (CEO), Vincent Poulichet (CTO), and Kelly Floch (COO). We are now a team of 14 international passionate people, thrilled to meet you, know more about your career goals, aspirations and how you can grow with us!

Preferred experience

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Define and implement our marketing strategy (almost) from scratch, we are at the very beginning which is what makes this job very exciting ! :
  • Initiate creative development of brand identity and media plans to drive awareness, trial, and repeat customers.
  • Challenge the status quo of “how things work” to knock down barriers and grow the business faster than any food brand ever has
  • Build a strong and innovative marketing department by identifying talent needs, then hiring and managing a high-performing team
  • Define, measure, report the performance of a strategic roadmap and be in charge of its execution through ROI and KPI goals
  • Manage budgets to deliver maximum return on investment and value for spend

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience and strong background in creative development and media planning a passion for food marketing
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, able to move easily from strategic plan to operational tasks. It’s still a small team!
  • Exhibit creative initiatives and a sense of urgency to deliver goals and follow market’s trends and competition
  • Quick in thought and action and calm in the face of pressure and deadlines
  • Autonomous, curious, proactive, organised
  • Mandatory : fluent in French and English
