Job description

Our Product organization

As a Product Manager Intern, you’ll join an organization based on multidisciplinary teams (feature teams and/or impact teams), composed of developers, UX designers and product managers. We currently have 7 squads working on various topics and meeting the yearly objectives of the company (OKR).

For each feature or improvement to implement, we go through a phase of Discovery and a phase of Delivery.

During the Discovery phase, the aim is to decrease the risks linked to the feature by analyzing our users’ needs, defining our product-market fit, and gathering all the project requirements and goals.

During the Delivery phase, we are using different Agile methods (a mix of Scrum & Kanban) that help us continously deliver value to our users.

Your mission

Within one of our multidisciplinary squads, you’ll help to add value to our users:

  • You’ll specify the features & improvements to come
  • You’ll work closely with the engineering, design and other teams to deliver the features with efficiency
  • Together with the Senior PM and the UX Designer, you’ll also take part in the discovery to better understand our users’ needs
  • You’ll help bring visibility to all Yousigners regarding what’s currently being developed and what’s coming next

Your profile

  • You are organized and rigorous
  • You have strong communication and writing skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words
  • You are proactive and always curious to understand how things work
  • You are fluent in French and have professional level in English

Bonus:

  • Prior internship experience in product management
  • Product savvy: you are constantly looking at emerging product trends

Selection process:

  1. A first 30-minute interview with your future Manager, Amélie Sol
  2. A case study
  3. A final round with the VP Product or Product Director
