We make sure that gender equity is respected and applied. We want our executive positions (Comex and top management) to reach an appropriate level of gender equity. We have the ambition to become a European player. So inclusion also means welcoming and embracing new cultures, those of the Yousigners coming from all countries.
Since the beginning of our adventure, remote work has always been part of our DNA.
Trusties from certain teams can work from home, in a full remote setting, in a coworking or in our offices with an hybrid mode.
To reduce this distance, we all communicate synchronously or asynchronously with different tools: Slack, Notion, Discord, Gsuite, etc.
To bond with each other, different events are organized on a daily, weekly or quarterly basis, to bring us together.
