Context
As a key member of our 15-person Product Team, you will have a unique opportunity to directly impact our clients' daily operations. Working with various departments such as Tech, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, you will be instrumental in addressing and solving customer challenges, enhancing our product offerings. This role is ideal for those looking to make a significant contribution to our product's development and execution, ensuring it meets and exceeds our users' needs.
Your missions
- Collaborate extensively with the VP Product and product leaders to grasp Skello's strategic vision and objectives.
- Engage in the ideation, definition, and specification of product features, with a strong focus on understanding user needs and achieving company goals.
- Manage the internal product newsletter, crafting content that keeps the team informed and engaged.
- Work alongside Product Managers, developers, designers, and QA to ensure flawless execution of projects.
- Identify opportunities for optimising product management processes and suggest innovative solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and opportunities.
- Actively participate in meetings and workshops, providing valuable project updates and insights.
Qualifications
- Graduate or final-year student from a top-tier engineering or business school
- Previous experience in Tech start-ups, Venture Capital, GAFAM, Strategy, etc.
- Self-starter and able to make things happen by yourself
- Good understanding of the SaaS business/ start-up environment
- High willingness to join a fast-paced early-stage project
- Fluent in French and English mandatory (Spanish is a plus)
- Previous experience in Product is a plus.
