Job description

Short recap of your role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day support and satisfaction of our German customers. As a Customer Success Manager (M/F) your role is essential to honour our promise of outstanding customer service .

Your tasks

  • Be the face of Yousign to our clients. You will represent the brand, the team and the product by being clients’ main contact person
  • Manage and develop your own customer portfolio, of which you will be responsible for upsell opportunities
  • Onboard and train new high-touch customers. Guide clients towards an optimal use of Yousign. Identify those who do not optimally use our product and contribute to prevent client churn
  • Contribute to the development of our products by providing customer feedback to the product teams. You are the voice of the customer internally! You will therefore have the opportunity to propose new features
  • Participate in the development of Customer Success at Yousign. You will join a team that is still under construction, you will be able to bring in new ideas to help us become better every day

Preferred experience

What do you need?

  • You have previous work experience in a similar position in SaaS.
  • Your written and oral communication in German is on a native or at least bilingual level. Spanish and/or Italian are a big plus, too. And French not to forget… ;)
  • You know how to quickly adapt to new situations and people. For this, you will need passion, patience and talent to explain things very well.
  • The terms “high touch”, “low touch”, “churn”, “upsell”, “retention” are familiar to you and you are passionate about it.
  • You are curious and you learn quickly. You have the ability to absorb a large amount of new information.
  • You are precise and rigorous.
  • You want to evolve in a dynamic environment that is constantly changing. You are therefore at ease in managing several tasks and problems at the same time.
  • You are a team player, empathetic and a good listener.
