After Human ressources studies, Juliette specialized in recruitment. She has done her first two years within multisectoral companies, then in december 2009 she specialized on IT subjects by incorporating Talentpeople. Since then, she works for computing ingineering consulting companies. Her goal is to support her customers in their recruitment issues by finding Talents who match with their needs.
A born entrepreneur, Aymeric soon launched himself in creating his first company. After starting his professional carreer within a british recruitment firm, he co-founded Windid. In 2018, during Winid acquisition he became Talentpeople DGA. His belief : RPO and Talent Acquisition Counselling is revolutionizing the way of consuming recruitment. Today, Aymeric is part of the development of Talentpeople and runs the operations.
Elisa evolved in Human Ressources area for nearly 8 years and she continued to be passionate about it. Her taste for challenges and innovation leaded her to join Talentpeople in 2018 and she continues to be surprised.
Her goal : lead, support and manage the teams dedicated in recruitment and office management within the framework of mutiples projects relative to work-study contracts and internships.
Today, she is still involved in the development of the department and in the rise in every employee skills.
In 2004, after running a job board and with more than 16 years within an international staffing group, Jean-Jacques decided to found Talentpeople.
He noted that : in response to war talents concerns, digitilization and globalization, traditional recruitment firm models are no longer suitable. Talentpeople therefore became the first RPO firm in France and in 2012 joined the Ergalis group, a major player in Human Ressources on the national territory.
Today, Jean-Jacques runs Talenpeople, he invests himself in the firm’s global development and he is also in charge of Ergalis Group communication and marketing.
Only 3 years ago, Aude began her career in staffing industry.
After a successful experience in recruitment firms and ESN, Aude decided to focus on RPO in order to expand her HR spectrum.
Her goal : help the customer on every recruitment issues. Today, she learns, undertakes and evolves within a mooving and challenging environment.
Born in 2004 from its founder’s forward thinking idea and boost by acquisitions : Selewens in 2014 and Winid in 2018, Talentpeople soon became the counsulting specialist in Talent Acquisition solutions (RPO, Assessment centers, Search, recruitment training, …) by creating a unique ecosystem made available to its customers, themselves in the process of transforming their recruitment approach.
2021 is the beginning of Talentpeople’s global conquest with the openings of : Madrid’s office, and its Sourcing Center International in Barcelona.
Increase theirs recruiters from 80 to 150 by 2025, in order to support theirs customers from startup to major international group, throughout Europeans countries for all industries and jobs combined, this is the ambition of Talentpeople.
Talentpeople is looking for : Youngs Polyglots Talents, Sourcing’s Lovers, Recruitement Experts, based in France or Spain in order to complete theirs teams in Marseille, Bordeaux, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Barcelona and Madrid.
