A born entrepreneur, Aymeric soon launched himself in creating his first company. After starting his professional carreer within a british recruitment firm, he co-founded Windid. In 2018, during Winid acquisition he became Talentpeople DGA. His belief : RPO and Talent Acquisition Counselling is revolutionizing the way of consuming recruitment. Today, Aymeric is part of the development of Talentpeople and runs the operations.

Avec plus de 5 ans d’expérience en recrutement, univers cabinets, start-up/scale-up et agence d’intérim, Alexandra a recruté dans des secteurs variés tels que : l’immobilier, la supply chain, le marketing digital, les sales et les ressources humaines. Depuis avril 2022 son nouveau challenge s’est orienté sur un poste de Responsable recrutement interne chez Talentpeople. Alexandra contribue au développement de Talentpeople à l'international en recrutant, depuis son bureau de Marseille, les futurs talents pour l'ensemble des filiales européennes.

After Human ressources studies, Juliette specialized in recruitment. She has done her first two years within multisectoral companies, then in december 2009 she specialized on IT subjects by incorporating Talentpeople. Since then, she works for computing ingineering consulting companies. Her goal is to support her customers in their recruitment issues by finding Talents who match with their needs.

Après avoir occupé pendant plus de 20 ans des fonctions Commerciales et de Direction de Centres de profit, Carole est aujourd’hui Directrice Générale Adjointe en charge des pôles Jeunes Talents et Talent Management au sein de Talentpeople. Son rôle : fidéliser et garantir la satisfaction clients, conquérir de nouveaux marchés, élaborer de nouvelles offres tout en animant et pilotant les équipes au quotidien. Sa conviction : engagement, transparence et esprit d’équipe font la différence.

Fort d'une expérience de plus de 3 ans en cabinet de recrutement où il a créé une division spécialisée sur les profils digitaux, Mehdi souhaitait découvrir la réalité du recrutement en interne. Il a débuté chez Talentpeople, en tant que Talent Acquisition au sein d'un cabinet de conseil avant d'évoluer vers un poste de Chef de projet. Il s’occupe aujourd’hui d’un portefeuille clients pour lequel il est le garant de la bonne relation et manage les équipes RPO en mission sur son périmètre."

Born in 2004 from its founder’s forward thinking idea and boost by acquisitions : Selewens in 2014 and Winid in 2018, Talentpeople soon became the counsulting specialist in Talent Acquisition solutions (RPO, Sourcing and Assessment) by creating a unique ecosystem made available to its customers, themselves in the process of transforming their recruitment approach.

2021 is the beginning of Talentpeople’s global conquest with the openings of : Madrid’s office, and its Sourcing Center International in Barcelona and Lisboa.

What they are looking for

Increase theirs recruiters from 200 to 300 by 2026, in order to support theirs customers from startup to major international group, throughout Europeans countries for all industries and jobs combined, this is the ambition of Talentpeople.

Talentpeople is looking for : Youngs Polyglots Talents, Sourcing’s Lovers, Recruitement Experts, based in France, Spain or Portugal in order to complete theirs teams in Marseille, Bordeaux, Montigny-le-Bretonneux, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisboa.

For recruiters who are far away from their Sourcing Centers, they incorporate their employees in full remote.
