The Position

We are looking for a Founder Associate Intern to join us for a 6-month end-of-studies internship, working directly with the CEO and the CEO Associate on a wide range of strategic and cross-functional projects.

This role is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand experience in project management and scale-up operations — right at the heart of the company’s growth journey.

🎯 Objectives

  • Execute high-priority projects across different departments (growth, product, ops, HR, finance…)

  • Prepare strategic materials for internal and external use (pitch decks, reports, decision memos)

  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions

  • Help structure internal processes and drive operational excellence

  • Facilitate communication and alignment across the leadership team

🥊 Challenges

  • Master the high level of complexity of a technical e-commerce software product

  • Navigate in an exponentially growing amount of data, mastering a wide range of KPIs (business KPIs, operational KPIs, etc.)

  • Deal with a lot of complexity specific (or not) to some partners, in an ever-expanding technical environment

  • Adapting to a broad scope of missions that require both strategic thinking and operational execution

  • Manage side-projects to improve the overall team’s performance

Recruitment process
