Your Mission

We’re looking for a CSM Student Apprentice to support the CS team in the set up of our customer’s platform, to participate in our processes’ improvement and to help the company in better handling our customers at scale.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Team Lead CS France and our CS Operations team.

You will:

  • Set-up our customer’s platform for long term success
  • Advise our customers on how to better use our product and increase their satisfaction
  • Design and implement new customer campaigns (emails, product tours, webinars…) with the support of other teams
  • Improve the efficiency of the team in collaboration with other teams (Operations, Tech)

Preferred experience

  • You have a Bachelor Degree (pursuing a Master 2 is a +)
  • Ideally 3 weeks/1 week rhythm
  • You are curious and quick learner, you have the ability to absorb lots of new information
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • You have active listening skills and patience for consistently providing a fantastic customer experience
  • You are problem solver and rigorous
  • You have a passion for startups or dynamic environments.
  • You’re Tech savvy and at ease with digital tools
