PlacΓ© au dΓ©but du cycle de vente, le Business Development Representative (ou BDR) a pour mission principale de crΓ©er un premier point de contact et d’engagement auprΓ¨s de prospects d'Γ©quipes financiΓ¨res. Tu gΓ©nΓ¨res des leads qualifiΓ©s et tu travailles main dans la main avec les Γ©quipes d'Account Executives. Tu t'adresses principalement aux comptables, DAF et CEO sur le marchΓ© franΓ§ais des SMB (small to medium businesses) entreprises employant de 50 Γ  500 salariΓ©s.

Ce rΓ΄le de BDR est une parfaite occasion d’avoir un impact tangible sur le business et de te positionner pour d'excellentes opportunitΓ©s d’évolution au sein de l’équipe Sales.

Ce poste est situΓ© dans nos superbes bureaux, dans le 8Γ¨me arrondissement de Paris.

Tes Missions:

  • Tu seras uniquement sur une stratΓ©gie outbound et tes missions seront les suivantes:
  • Prospection:Β RΓ©aliser des campagnes de prospection outbound (cold-calls, emails, vidΓ©o-mails, social selling, Γ©vΓ¨nements etc..) afin de crΓ©er un premier point de contact avec le prospect et obtenir un rendez-vous.
  • Qualification:Β Qualifier et comprendre les besoins du prospect afin de pouvoir l'orienter de maniΓ¨re consultative vers la solution Spendesk si celle-ci est adaptΓ©e.
  • Collaboration:Β TransfΓ©rer les informations du prospect aux Account Executives afin de leur permettre de signer de nouveaux clients
  • CRM:Β Monitorer ta performance via des metrics d'activitΓ©s issus de nos CRM (Salesforce, Salesloft).
  • Feedback:Β Faire des feedbacks au quotidien pour continuer Γ  faire grandir l’équipe Sales.
  • Profil RecherchΓ©:

  • Tu as une trΓ¨s bonne communication orale et Γ©crite pour Γ©changer avec des C-Level en Finance.
  • Tu es ambitieux, tenace et tu n’as qu’une envie: dΓ©passer tes objectifs
  • Tu aimes et considΓ¨res le cold-call comme le meilleur moyen de contacter tes prospects
  • Tu possΓ¨des un rΓ©el sens du travail en Γ©quipe
  • Tu parles parfaitement franΓ§ais et un bon niveau d’anglais
  • Bonus : tu as dΓ©jΓ  une premiΓ¨re expΓ©rience Sales et en tant que SDR/BDR
